Copyright & content removal
Last updated: 15 October 2026
GoingOutly respects the rights of creators, organisers and venues. Most of our listings come from ticketing partners and open data, so mistakes can happen. If you think something on our site uses your work without permission, or a listing should not be here, let us know and we will look at it quickly.
How to ask for a removal or correction
- Which work, image or text it is about, and what right you hold.
- The address (URL) of the page on goingoutly.com.
- Your name and how we can reach you.
- A short explanation of what should be changed or removed.
Where to send it
Write to legal@goingoutly.com. We review every request promptly and, where it is justified, remove or correct the content. If it came from a data source, we may tell that source so it can be fixed there too.
If you disagree with a removal
If your content was removed and you think this was a mistake, write to legal@goingoutly.com and explain why. We will look at it again.
Reporting unlawful listings
Anyone can report content they consider unlawful, for example under the EU Digital Services Act. Send the URL and a short explanation to legal@goingoutly.com. We confirm receipt, decide without undue delay and tell you the outcome. Listings that are simply out of date or wrong can go to hello@goingoutly.com.
