The founding members, singer and guitarist Sean Bonnette and bassist Ben Gallaty, have remained the only constants in the band’s lineup since its inception. Their first studio album, Candy Cigarettes & Cap Guns, was released in 2005, showcasing their early sound and lyrical depth. The album was well-received and marked the beginning of a prolific career.

Singer/guitarist Sean Bonnette and bassist Ben Gallaty co-founded the band, and have remained its only constant members throughout. The band has released nine studio albums to date, with their most recent, Dirty Old Power, having been released on September 25, 2026.
