Los titanes del metal sinfónico y pioneros absolutos del violonchelo extremo, Apocalyptica, se preparan para desatar una tormenta de distorsión clásica sobre el escenario con una propuesta que desafía toda lógica musical. Nacida en Helsinki, Finlandia, la agrupación ha consolidado un talento sin precedentes al sustituir las tradicionales guitarras eléctricas por la majestuosidad y la crudeza de los chelos, creando un sonido oscuro, denso y visceral. About Apocalyptica

Apocalyptica is a Finnish symphonic metal band from Helsinki, formed in 1993. The band is currently composed of three classically trained cellists Eicca Toppinen, Paavo Lötjönen, and Perttu Kivilaakso. Originally a classical-style Metallica tribute band, the band eventually adopted a neoclassical metal style without the use of conventional guitars and bass. They have sold over four million albums to date.
