Live at Brudenell Social Club in Leeds: Boko Yout

Following a fully sold-out UK headline tour in February and summer appearances at Latitude and WOMAD, Boko Yout return to the UK and Ireland for a seven-date headline tour in November 2026. With support from BBC Radio 6 Music and BBC Radio 1, alongside coverage from DORK, The Line of Best Fit and Louder Than War, the band have steadily built a UK audience drawn to their restless sound and arresting performances.

Released in September 2025 via independent label Hoopdiggas Recordings, their debut album GUSTO unfolds through a series of surreal therapy sessions with the fictional Dr. Gusto. Exploring identity, ego, anxiety, sexuality and artistic freedom, it pairs pop instinct with art-school unpredictability. Songs such as “9-2-5”, “GUSTO” and “DEMOLITION MAN” channel those ideas into elastic basslines, propulsive drums and explosive release.

Live, the chemistry between the four musicians drives everything. Tightly wound grooves give way to spontaneous eruptions, while Adamah’s expressive vocals, movement, theatrical monologues and humour draw audiences further into the band’s universe.

That momentum reached a new peak in September, when A$AP Rocky invited the band to perform “GUSTO” and “9-2-5” during his show at Stockholm’s Avicii Arena.

The Line of Best Fit has described Adamah as “a superstar in waiting”, while Anthony Fantano of The Needle Drop awarded GUSTO a 7/10 review. In 2026, Boko Yout won Alternative Act of the Year at Sweden’s GAFFA Awards and two Manifest Awards, alongside nominations in two categories at the Swedish Grammis.

With a second album in development, Boko Yout return this November, bringing the full force of GUSTO to UK and Irish stages.
