Swedish Gothic Doom Masters - DRACONIAN can be pronounced in the same breath as other Doom-oriented Metal leaders CANDLEMASS, PARADISE LOST, KATATONIA and MY DYING BRIDE. In over 30 years, DRACONIAN's sound has always remained steadfast to its origins. In particular, the powerful vocal growls of Anders Jacobsson, one of the band's defining and most unique features, along with Lisa Johansson melodic and atmospheric female vocals. The band delivered seven studio albums so far, with which they immediately convince the listener with Beauty and the Beast-esque vocal contrasts, striking accents, and threatening moods.
About Draconian

Draconian is a Swedish gothic metal band formed in Säffle in 1994. The band's lineup had changed over the years, with only founding members Anders Jacobsson and Johan Ericson still active members. Since the release of their first album Where Lovers Mourn in 2003; the lineup has been mostly stable, with Jerry Torstensson on drums, and Lisa Johansson and Heike Langhans alternately singing clean vocal parts. The band has released eight studio albums along with various singles and music videos.
