Additional fees may be added to the ticket price if applicable. *** Giles Corey, the solo project of Have a Nice Life's Dan Barrett, will hit the road across Europe at the beginning of the year, including the only Polish show on January 31 at Niebo in Warsaw. In his solo project, Have a Nice Life's Dan Barrett transforms extreme emotions and experiences, history and the inexplicable into music that is deeply intimate and uniquely beautiful. Slowcore, folk, indie, drone? You'll find a bit of everything here, but above all, this is music that cuts straight to the heart. Fifteen years after its release, Giles Corey's self-titled debut album has achieved cult status, with listeners often describing the experience of hearing it in almost ritualistic or even religious terms. A remastered version of the album will be released on November 13th via The Flenser, with the work handled by Richard Chowenhill of Agriculture. The reissue will also feature the previously unreleased track "A Landless Earth", which you can already stream everywhere. To mark the occasion, Dan Barrett will embark on the Born To Be Alone tour, with one stop in Poland - on the final day of January at Niebo in Warsaw.
