Iina Paakki is Helsinki-based artist with a passion for colour, who draws inspiration from things she perceives, in one way or another, as magical and mystical. She is fascinated by dreams, fairy tales, space and experiences that we cannot always explain through reason. In recent years, semi-abstract cloudscapes have played a central role in her art, a theme that continues in the ‘Paper Dreams’ exhibition at Sello Library. The Showcase Gallery features her colourful works, intuitively painted on canvas and paper, as well as a selection of prints.
