Le titre de cette comédie aldente vous rappelle une chanson ringarde voire un poil cul-cul de Frédéric François ? C'est normal puisque dans « Je t'aime à l'italienne », il est bien évidemment question d'amour.
Et plus particulièrement de l'histoire d'amour entre Aïcha et Carlo qui dure depuis deux ans. Seulement voilà, Carlo a « oublié » de prévenir Farid, le frère d'Aïcha et accessoirement son meilleur ami.
