In addition to music, the programme includes gentle movements and guided, meditative mindfulness exercises. Take a break from everyday life to pause and reflect on your own experiences, have a rest and listen. No previous experience is required.

The course is led by Sarah Palu (MMus, Sibelius Academy), a Finnish-French musician, composer, teacher and instructor of wellbeing courses. Her acclaimed debut album Ikivirta was nominated for an EMMA award and has been streamed nearly 1.5 million times on Spotify. Drawing on cinematic soundscapes and Finnish folk music, Palu’s music blazes a trail to the outer reaches of the conscious mind.
