If a ticket holder is unable to attend an event for which they have purchased tickets, they must contact Biletix customer service to request a refund. Refund requests are accepted up to 24 hours before the event.
The organizing company reserves the right to deny entry to the event venue to individuals it deems unsuitable for the event, provided the ticket price is refunded.
