Live at The Magic Bag in Ferndale: Magic Bag Presents: Moravian

Shows Are Standing Room OnlyMoravian is an Alt Rock band from Metro Detroit, mixing the raw energy of Detroit garage rock with the hooks of modern pop, theyve built a reputation as one of the regions most electrifying live acts spending the last 3 years performing across the Midwest & East Coast, building a dedicated fanbase along the way. With over a million streams, 50K+ monthly Spotify listeners, and 8+ consecutive weeks on Spotifys Discover Weekly, the momentum has always been there; the ceiling just keeps moving. Influenced by the attitude of the Arctic Monkeys, the economy of The Strokes, and the push-pull of 2000s dance punk, Moravian writes songs that are more interested in how a moment feels in retrospect than what it looked like in real time; with their latest single Sirens marking a new chapter thats moodier, more intentional, and precisely the band theyve always been. In bringing their relentless live show to venues such as the Mercury Lounge in New York, the Baby G in Toronto, or The Magic Bag here at home, they continue to push the boundaries of what it means to be an Alt Rock band in 2026.
