The partnership of the original line-up of Wishbone Ash forged a unique musical identity that would produce some of rock music's best loved works and influence numerous successful bands, resulting in millions of album sales and concert attendances. Wishbone Ash’s name would become synonymous with high quality, guitar-driven melodic rock music.

As lead vocalist, bassist and key creative force, founding original member Martin Turner was central to the critical and commercial success of Wishbone Ash’s most revered albums, with his passionate vocal delivery, songwriting ability, keen melodic sense and production values being major ingredients in the definitive Wishbone Ash sound.

Many decades later, the music of the classic line-ups of Wishbone Ash continues to delight audiences worldwide through both live performances and a rich legacy ofrecorded work that continues to be enjoyed by fans old and new. Martin continues to delight audiences with performances of the band’s best loved works with his current band.

The Two Eras tour will feature two distinct sets of music, representing the career- defining Mk.1 and Mk.2 line-ups of Wishbone Ash. The Mk.1 set will focus on music recorded by the pioneering original 1969-74 line- up of the band, with tracks from ground-breaking album releases Wishbone Ash, Pilgrimage, Argus and Wishbone Four, while the Mk.2 set will feature material from the period of 1974-80 when Laurie Wisefield replaced original member Ted Turner, resulting in the introduction of fresh influences as featured on a diverse series of acclaimed album releases including There’s the Rub, New England and Front Page News.

With a show consisting of classic tracks, stage favourites and deeper cuts that have touched the hearts of several generations of rock music fans, the Two Eras tour is one which no true Wishbone Ash aficionado will want to miss.
