SHOUT TWICE explores the raw power of emotions, collective resonance, and the fusion of movement, sound, and space. Inspired by the structure of a concert, the performance creates a fragmented dramaturgy in which every moment is a rise in intensity, a pulse shared with the audience: not a linear narrative but a sensory experience where the scream, far from being a simple outlet, becomes a driving force for joy, playfulness, and resilience.
A collective cry, raw and vibrant. A space where excess becomes strength, where movement becomes music.
The performance is part of Moving in November 5.–15.11.2026. As part of the festival, there will be an open Soup Talks discussion with Andreou, Guex and local host on the 8th of November at noon in Caisa.
Born in Athens, Katerina Andreou is based in France. A graduate of the Athens Law School and the Athens National School of Dance, she completed the ESSAIS program at the national center for contemporary dance in Angers (CNDC – Angers) and holds a master's degree in choreographic research (University of Paris 8). As a performer, she has collaborated with DD Dorvillier, Anne Lise Le Gac, Bryan Campbell, Dinis Machado, Emmanuelle Huynh, and Ana Rita Teodoro, among others.
She received the Jardin d'Europe prize at ImpulsTanz – Vienna International Dance Festival in 2016 for her solo A kind of fierce. She then created the solo BSTRD (2018), the duet Zeppelin Bend (2021) with Natali Mandila, the performance Rave to Lament (2021), the solo Mourn Baby Mourn (2022), and most recently Bless This Mess (2024). In 2025, she created the piece How Romantic for the Norwegian national company Carte Blanche and We Need Silence for the Lyon Opera Ballet. She is an associate artist at the Maison de la Danse / Biennale de la Danse de Lyon, and an associate artist at the Centre National de la Danse (CND), as well as at PÔLE-SUD CDCN - Strasbourg starting in 2027.
Mélissa Guex is a dancer, performer, and choreographer. She began her artistic career in Brussels, where she studied performance, before obtaining her bachelor's degree in contemporary dance at La Manufacture in Lausanne. As an associate artist at the Théâtre Sévelin in Lausanne for four years, she created several short pieces, including the solo De ceux - Episode (an improvisational format), as well as her first solo Sous sol.
She also collaborated with renowned choreographers such as Géraldine Chollet, Anna Marija Andomaitie, Augustin Rebetez, and Katerina Andreou. In 2023, her second creation, Rapunzel, was presented at the Swiss Dance Days in Zurich. Mélissa is currently touring with her duo DOWN, which she is developing in collaboration with drummer Clément Grin.
