Live at Cultural Centre Kanneltalo in Helsinki: Music School Demo: Pädipaja workshop
Friday, 20 November 2026 at Cultural Centre Kanneltalo, Helsinki
About this event
Music School Demo: Pädipaja workshop is scheduled for Friday, 20 November 2026 at Cultural Centre Kanneltalo, Helsinki. You can go for free.
At the Pädipaja workshop, music is created right here, right now.
At Music School Demo’s iPad jam session, people create music together. The idea behind the jam session is to make music freely: rather than rehearsing set pieces, the music is created and takes shape in the moment based on the ideas of the participants. Thanks to user-friendly apps, the end result will sound great, even if you have no prior knowledge or experience of playing music. You can come and go as you please at the non-stop workshop, but the music never stops. The instructors at Music School Demo offer guidance and also play along themselves.
