Emporté dans un souffle épique par six jeunes comédiens-chanteurs-danseurs, le chef-d’œuvre de Dickens devient une grande comédie musicale.
Les artistes nous emmènent dans les bas-fonds de Londres en nous contant cette histoire à la façon des bonimenteurs du XIXe siècle. Ils deviennent tour à tour Oliver Twist, Nancy la fille des rues, Bill Sikes le truand, le retors Fagin, Charley l’enfant rigolard ou le rusé Finaud.
Entre rire et larmes, dans une ambiance proche des « Enfants du Paradis » ou du « Kid », chansons, ballets et claquettes s’allient pour nous offrir la magie de Londres à Paris.
