Répétition : nom féminin qui, au théâtre, convoque deux sens : la préparation d’un moment à venir et la reprise, soir après soir, d’un même spectacle, d’une suite d’actions, d’interactions et d’émotions. Adrien Béal s’engouffre dans l’interstice de ces définitions et nous invite à une expérience captivante avec Reprenons.
Quinze ans après Il est trop tôt pour prendre des décisions définitives,
premier spectacle de la compagnie avec l’acteur Arthur Igual, Adrien Béal
propose de reprendre ce projet, dont il n’existe aucune archive. Il ne

fabrique à vue.
Nourri d’inspirations philosophiques – dont La Reprise
de Kierkegaard – le spectacle fait de cette « seconde fois » un point
de départ. Quelque chose advient, ici et maintenant, en direct. Et pour
boucler la boucle, les artistes suivent le conseil du penseur danois :
préférer la farce au tragique.
