On stage at Oslo Nye Teaterkjelleren: Success Story

Bring your besties, bring your whimsy, Eleanor Flowers is back on stage in Oslo this holiday season with her sensational new cabaret Success Story - a musical extravaganza about being a broke girlie in one of the richest cities in the world. How is this cabaret creature going to turn her life into a success story? Is this poetess delulu or a manifestation maîtresse? How the hell is anyone supposed to eat in this economy, let alone thrive, dream and hope for a better future for us all? Packed full of musical delights, poetry to inspire, scandalous revelations, magical surprises and a taste of burlesque to boot -- your local renaissance woman of the stage can't wait to delight and inspire you all! Success Story is not just a story of resilience in the face of chronic underemployment, dodgy landlords and mould-infested apartments, but a blueprint for creating magic against the odds in a time when the world can feel bleak. It's a show about how to claim your desires, how to ask for what you want out of life and a roadmap for alchemising your greatest struggles. Known for her spellbinding showtunes and poetry that both sooths and delights the soul, Ms. Flowers will tell you her intimate Cinderella tale of rags to...well slightly better rags. Eleanor will once again be accompanied by the amazing jazz pianist Fride Nøstdahl Hjelle to tell you a no-bullshit holiday tale for our times. Come for the cabaret, stay for the lore!
