When the evenings grow darker and the polar night approaches, the time is right to let your creativity run wild. Taidetauko workshops enrich your everyday life with easy-to-learn, unhurried crafts. Visitors can have some evening tea or juice at Stoa’s café.

Even junk can take on a beautiful shape! We put together a unique wreath from recycled treasures and iron wire to bring a touch of joy to everyday life.
Wednesday 4 November at 17.00–19.00 | Door decoration for all the senses
We use beeswax and various natural materials to create a beautiful decoration for a door or window. This decoration delights the senses of smell, sight and touch alike.
Wednesday 2 December at 17.00–19.00 | Wild straw mobiles!
At this workshop, you will learn a simple technique for making a straw mobile. After that, you are free to organically create your own straw mobile as you see fit. We use paper straws as our material. The workshop has room for around 20 participants at a time.
