From the soaring flight of the Bald Eagle to the delightful dancing dolls ? Lady Liberty and John Paul Jones, join us for this D.C. original?a celebration of our history, our artistry, and our home. For over six decades, the holiday season has signaled The Washington Ballet?s The Nutcracker. Set in 1882 Georgetown, it is more than a performance; it is our city?s living scrapbook come to life.
