Né à New York en 2011, Walking Towards The Unknown, c’est une invitation à avancer sans trop savoir où l’on va…et à aimer ça. Porté par le batteur Thomas Galliano, le projet laisse de l’espace, beaucoup d’espace : pour improviser, tenter, rater parfois et surtout trouver quelque chose de vrai ensemble. Sa musique circule librement, nourrie d’influences mêlées et d’un goût assumé pour le mouvement et la surprise. Sur scène, rien n’est figé : ça écoute, ça rebondit, ça s’embarque ailleurs sans prévenir, avec Jorge Vistel à la trompette, Pierre de Bethmann au piano, Thomas Bramerie à la contrebasse, et Galliano à la batterie.
