Cuatro mujeres completamente distintas se inscriben en el exclusivo programa de cinco días de pérdida de peso llamado STDTI, cinco días después se marchan como guerreras: más ligeras, sí, pero no precisamente en kilos. Treintonas, Cuarentonas y ¡Chingonas! es una comedia musical que abraza la contradicción con alegría: es ligera y profunda, escandalosa y emocionante, irreverente y tierna.
