Live at The Troubadour in London: TROUBADOUR Presents BISCUIT CLUB + MADISON GRACE + MAY KOLTA

We have created a lineup of amazing artists to soundtrack your spooky season this year. This will also be the first time the Troubadour has ever had an all-women Halloween lineup! Spearheaded by Madison Grace, May Kolta and, of course, Biscuit Club. Expect themed cocktails, a costume competition with prizes, music from some of the most talented women in London, a DJ to take you into the early hours, and plenty of biscuits.

Biscuit Club are an all female trio based and performing in and around London, writing their own original music. With a selection of beautiful lyrics, harmonies and genres covering folk, pop, and singer-songwriter influences, there's no reason not to enjoy it, right? Having recently been in the studio they are excited to start releasing their music into the world.

May Kolta is a London-based pop / folk / jazz musician crafting laid-back

yet grooving songs that celebrate tenderness. Her upcoming project

‘Sweet Man go’ is a cohesive concept record, with each song unfolding

chronologically through the stages from abusive relationships to finding

healthy relationships. Each song is also connected through food as a

metaphor. It leans into gentler, warmer, and more atmospheric textures,

highlighting femininity and beauty. Musically, it highlights improvisation,

with piano at the centre while maintaining the strong hooks at the core of

her sound. Her live performances bring her recordings to life with intimacy

and emotional openness.
