Vivez une année de la vie de Frédéric, un quadra bobo et maladroit, qui se débat avec son anxiété climatique jusqu’à devenir un activiste de renommée nationale. Une année de réchauffement est une comédie, sur fond dramatique, dont la galerie de personnages reflète avec finesse et humour nos bouleversements émotionnels face au défi climatique de notre époque. Entre une compagne qui le quitte, un beau-père climato-sceptique et un employeur champion du greenwashing, sa croisade pleine de doutes pour stopper le compteur carbone vire au hors-piste... Arrive alors la manifestation de trop où Jeanne, commissaire de police, le met en garde à vue pour ce qu'on pourrait appeler un nouveau départ...
