“I took some photos on the deck of a ship in the morning in misty, slightly rainy weather. Old ships, abandoned buildings, harbours and the sea fascinate me as
Helena Blomqvist is an amateur photographer from Helsinki. She has been a member of the Helsingin Kameraseura association since 2013 and has actively taken part in group exhibitions. She is also a member of Haaga Art Society.
The photographs in the exhibition were taken in the summer of 2025 on the Daugava River en route to Riga. A few of the photos are from Riga’s Old Town.
