La Orquesta Nacional de Jazz de México (ONJMX) presenta su 3er disco de estudio, "Mexican Jazz Standars", dedicado a lo mejor de la música popular mexicana reinterpretada en formato de jazz orquestal. Con más de 20 músicos en escena y una serie de invitados de reconocida trayectoria, la ONJMX celebra la riqueza melódica de nuestra cultura, al mismo tiempo que la incorpora al lenguaje universal del jazz que trasciende barreras culturales, políticas y sociales; el jazz, que más allá de un género musical, funciona como un idioma vivo que permite a músicos de todo el mundo comunicarse sin necesidad de compartir la misma lengua.
